Steps to follow:
Day 1:
1 lemon juice mixed with 1 cup of fresh water.
Day 2:
2 Lemon juice 2 cups mixed with fresh water.
This drink should be consumed in one go, but if it is difficult for you to drink it all at once, drink as much as you can and leave the rest for later. Make sure to drink one hour before a meal at least.
